Dr. Holliday is a respected and frequently sought after educational leader and reformer with vast experience in developing and delivering academic programs that improve the scholastic success of African American, Latino and other under-served students. He is a Principal and co-founder of the Education Transformation Group and an Associate Professor of Educational Leadership at Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Georgia.
He has over 30 years of experience in education. He has served as a college professor, Assistant Superintendent for School Improvement of the Cobb County Georgia School District, school principal and teacher. He has launched numerous school-based and system-wide improvement programs in his tenure and is active in the metropolitan Atlanta area in youth and family development organizations.
Dr. Holliday has a PhD. In educational leadership and k-12 human resource deployment from Ohio State University, a Masters of Education from Kent State University and a B.A. In Social Studies/Teacher Education from Marietta College, Marietta, Ohio

Kerry L. Bass is a Principal and co-founder of The Education Transformation Group. He is a highly experienced organization transformation leader and consultant and an accomplished professional with over 23 years of public and private sector experience in enterprise transformation, information technology and general business management. His range of expertise includes organizational skills management, Client Relationship Management, Strategic Planning, Organizational Transformation Management, Information Technology and Systems Strategy, Business Process Reengineering, Operations Management, Human Resource Management and Quality Control. He is certified in ISO 9000 Methodologies and is a Certified Baldrige Assessor. In addition to leading work with the Education Transformation Group, LLC., Mr. Bass is the President and General Manager of The Worship Anytime Network LLC. www.Worship-Anytime.net (a technology enterprise focused on the Faith Community) and is Pastor of Administration of Green Acres Baptist Church, in Smyrna, Georgia.
He has served in the capacities of CEO and Executive Director of TECH CORPS Georgia, Inc., Director of Change Management for the State of Georgia, Department of Human Resources Division of Family and Children Services (DFCS); Director of Agency Relationship Management Division for the Georgia Technology Authority (GTA); Manager of Skills Vitality for IBM Global Services Integrated Technology Services Division North America, North American Manager and global team leader of Customer Satisfaction and Quality functions IBM Global Services Integrated Technology Services Division and various other management and technical services positions with IBM. Mr. Bass has also served as a board member, officer and member of several Metropolitan Atlanta family and youth focused charity organizations, as well as Assoc. Pastor and head of ministries for a mid-sized church congregation.
